Fleet Quality and Standards Manager - Competitive Salary including London Allowance and shift pay  

As a senior member of the Fleet Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Fleet, the post holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of robust standards for the Fleet function.

This role will focus on designing and delivering standards across the Fleet function to improve planned maintenance systems and the quality of Fleet service delivery. 

This role is key to ensuring the provision of high quality Fleet services and will work closely with key stakeholders. Key skills required are; fleet management, change management, project management, Health & Safety, contract management.

This role attracts a generous annual leave entitlement starting at 27 + 8 bank holiday days and rising to 33 +8 bank holiday days after 10 years’ service; plus access to the NHS Pension Scheme, cycle scheme and season ticket loan.
